The purchase and sale of real property can be an exciting and challenging process that begins with a carefully constructed purchase agreement. Before signing the agreement, you should consult with an attorney to make sure that your interests are protected.

For many, their primary residence may be the single largest asset they own. If you are selling or buying a home, you should consider legal representation to insure that the process proceeds in a timely and efficient manner, and that all issues and contingencies are properly considered. The standard "fill in the blank" purchase agreement typically fails to afford protection against any number of problems that may arise, and do not consider all issues necessary to complete the sale.
